Chose this hotel for a second visit this year in October as had an amazing stay first time round back in February. The hotel is in an amazing position overlooking a golf course from the pool area and great view of the Maspalomas Sand Dunes to the sea. The hotel also has an amazing spa area which we constantly took advantage of. Pool area also amazing and never had trouble finding a sunbed. The placement of the hotel is in a quiet location although not too far from both the Yumbo Centre and Cita centre shopping areas where there are great shops, restaurants and nightlife. Room sizes are excellent in comparison to other places. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful.

The new rooms that I was lucky to get an upgrade with a very comfortable very modern. Morning breakfast Service very limited choice. Not the best quality of products. Bus service average, absolutely fine if you just wanna grab a beer. Housekeeping staff absolutely amazing. Will I stay again yes but only in the new referral rooms.

The spa was nice, but beside of the pool and wirlpools a bit dated (sauna etc) outside pool big but not heated and that was cold. If you book a room don't take any room with the numbers ending on 20-28 because you have a terrace or balcony shaded the whole day. The staff is excellent and very friendly.

Excellent Spa hotel in a great location.

What a beautiful setting in a convenient location. The service was very polite and helpful. Everything was clean and orderly. The breakfast was good and all of the staff were helpful. The view over the golf course towards the coast is the perfect start to The day. My room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view over the pool with a pretty veranda. The Spa had lovely staff, the facilities were very good with a salt room, sauna, Turkish steam room and great pool. If you are brave they have an ice cold plunge pool too. My only negative feeling was that after day one, the water in the room wasn’t replaced or the coffee pods. It’s a tiny thing and quite petty really but I would expect these to be replaced in a hotel presenting as a spa hotel. There was a note saying if you wanted your towels replaced you’d also have to pay extra. It seems odd as if I’d booked a series of one night stays they would have been replaced. I would give the hotel 4.5 stars if I could. However overall the experience was very good and I would recommend the hotel without question.

Construction Noise without warning | bad WiFi

There was of course no mentioning that during my stay there was construction with up to 5 workers building a concrete wall at the front - sledgehammers included - when complaining the hotel offered a 10 percent discount for NEXT stay - overall a pleasant hotel with mediocre service and mediocre food - bad WiFi depending on room location. Very aggressive guest from Switzerland attacked me verbally and almost physically when I tried to walk around the construction site and walked on the lawn in front of her ground floor terrace to get to my room.
