「Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! 」

Breakfast is extremely good, with a choice of fresh food, coffee, tea and fruit juice. The employees at the hotel are friendly, professional and extremely helpful. 「We really enjoyed our stay at Kumara. It was a great place for family; it has a shallow pool for small children as well as a small play area. The layout allowed us to stay outside our room whilst being able to watch our little one in these areas. The hotel was extremely clean. Only negative we have is food could be better for small picky eaters, by no means healthy but suggestions would include eg pizza, chicken nuggets; (there was more variety for adults).」
