We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the reception team to the restaurant staff, housekeeping, not forgetting the maintenance crew. Everyone made us feel genuinely cared for. The room was clean and well maintained. The swimming pools were nicely heated, although the jacuzzi could be a degree or two warmer. This is a place we always enjoy returning to, and we are already looking forward to our next visit.

We ABSOLUTELY LOVED our holiday at Palm Oasis for lots of reasons: 1) Its location is easy. 2) The cleanliness of the whole hotel is immaculate. 3) The care of the plantation is second to non which is lovely to see in such a rain deprived island. 4) The staff were super friendly and accommodating. 5) The apartment was super big, tidy and clean with a balcony bigger than any room in our own home. 6) We will definitely go back and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Went for a quiet and relaxing week of winter sun with my partner and the stay was perfect in all details. The villa was big and very comfortable. Breakfast is well served, great size heated pools. Hotel staff were friendly and kudos to the housekeeping, everything was so clean!! Highly recommend it

The property was beautiful with all the vegetation which were very well kept. Serpentine stone pathways with surrounded palmtrees made kind of organic feeling. There were a plenty of space and privacy allso on the pool side. Staff was super friendly and helpful with everything.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel — everything was simply perfect. The highlight was definitely the large, sparkling swimming pool, which was always clean and inviting. Surrounding the pool is a beautifully maintained garden filled with tall palm trees, creating a peaceful and tropical atmosphere. One of my favorite spots was the cozy terrace near the pool. It offered a great selection of drinks, perfect for relaxing under the sun. The service was excellent, and the setting made it feel like a little oasis. Another big plus was the stunning view over Maspalomas. Whether during the day or at sunset, the scenery was truly breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to relax in a beautiful and well-kept environment.

Great 3 star hotel.

This property for a 3 star is exceptional value for money, beautiful grounds. I would suggest a car if your stopping here couple of restaurants near small pizza bar love and hate great. I think shuttles are available. Parking on site couple of euros per day, safe a euro a day. Pool sude food and bar good value not over priced. Plenty of beds, massive pool. All in all great value property.

Absolutely loved the place! Stayed with my sister and the kids and we had a terrific time! The pool area is lovely and so relaxing! The fact that the pools are heated is a biiiig plus! The room was spacious, and the view from the balcony terrific! We could see the ocean and the dunes. 😍 Special thanks to the lovely and kind cleaning ladies who do an absolutely terrific job and made our apartment look spotlessly clean each day! Thanks Palm Oasis, we can’t wait to come back!!!

Fairly quiet region with good connections to GC1. Well groomed pool region and kind personal. Cleaning could be improved and kitchen utensils also. Fridge temperatures were too high ( 10 C) despite adequate adjustments. Outdoor views were terrible.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. We stayed in a studio apartment which was Absolutely massive! Immaculately clean, beds so very comfortable. Room cleaned every day. Well equipped. Pools warm and super clean. Lovely jacuzzi pool. Plenty of sunbeds. Good, reasonable poolside bar, serving good menu selection, drinks and icecreams, good prices. Staff friendly. Water slide for kids. Two pools, bottom one with slide seemed to be more family orientated. Plenty sunbeds & umbrellas, and also shade from palms and pergodas. Some entertainment in the evening, but no mini disco. Aldi opposite, and a few restaurants a couple of minutes away. Taxis and buses right outside the hotel, as you really are away from Maspalomas and beach. Would recommended a car, as we did. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend. Absolutely wondwrdul, classy feel.

Mainly positive things, but cockroaches in room...

Positive aspects: - Swimming area (heated pools and jacuzzi) - Tennis and minigolf included in the price - Spacious room and fridge, good main beds, nice terrace with sunbeds - Friendly cleaning persons and overall good cleanliness - Enough sunbeds in pool area. Nice and quiet pool and hotel area. - Good Aldi supermarket next to hotel. Easy to buy for example breakfast if you want to have cheaper option than hotel breakfast. Also great flexibility from hotel that you can buy/decide hotel breakfast for those days you want (decide day by day how you feel and want) - Enough free parking spaces next to hotel or 3 €/day parking places in hotel area Negative aspects: - Totally nine cockroaches in our room in five different days.. discusting. They tried special cleaning, but it did not help. I would not take garden level rooms anymore from this hotel. Main reason that we are not returning to this hotel. - Sofa bed.. worst sofa bed so far. Sun bed madresses as a extra madress made it ok for one child. Thanks for that tip from someone's review! - Blankets could be improved. Now separate bed sheet and thicker blanket. Typical in some hotels, but not the best option.
