Personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit. Zimmer wirklich sauber und bis auf das Bad auch schön. Negativer ist das wirklich unspektakuläre Frühstück und Abendessen das jeden Tag zu 99% gleich ist. Nur das Abendessen hatte in den 7 Tage Aufenthalt 3- mal Highlights wie Sushi, Gyros. Schade.

Le personnel est charmant, nous avons été très bien accueillies. Notre départ étant en fin de journée, une chambre de courtoisie a été mise à disposition pour se doucher et se changer. Nous avons pu profiter de la dernière journée jusqu'au bout. C'était top! L'hôtel est à taille humaine et c'est très appréciable. Les zones piscine et jacuzzi sont bien pensées et les habitations sont propres et fonctionnelles. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe du LIVVO Anamar suites!

Enjoyed my stay here. I had booked a Junior Suite with a balcony but after checking in, I noticed my room did not have a balcony. The whole reason I booked this place was because of the balcony which was advertised as a feature of the Junior Suite. The receptionist, Elisenda Hernandez, was very understanding and sorted me out with an upgrade to the Junior Suite Deluxe which had a big balcony. I was very happy with how quickly she sorted this for me. The room was very clean, modern and spacious. The TV location was perfect as it could be twisted to face you when in bed or on the sofa in the lounge area. It also had a microwave, handy for reheating any food brought back from restaurants. The breakfast was included and consisted of a buffet. As a Brit, I love my English breakfast, so I was glad to see English breakfast options. Very pleased. The dinner options were not great for people who don’t eat meat so I ended up eating dinner elsewhere each night. The hotel is in such a good location. You have a supermarket just a minute walk away, Yumbo shopping centre is about 5 mins walk away and the beach is less than 10 mins away. The sand dunes are also only about a 10 min walk away so you don’t have to worry about getting taxis or anything. Loved the location, the hotel and my balcony! I would never book a hotel without a balcony again - it’s so convenient and lets you enjoy the sun in your own private space. Exactly why I booked it in the first place.

La suite qui a été rénovée récemment est des plus agréable. Très calme, spacieuse, lumineuse, grande terrasse. Entretien impeccable. L'équipe de l'hôtel est très sympathique et dévouée. Ils sont très gentils et font le maximum pour que vous passiez un séjour inoubliable. La localisation de l'hôtel est exceptionnelle : la plage, les magasins et le restaurants sont très près. C'est la 4e fois que nous y allons et nous n'avons qu'une envie, c'est d'y revenir. Encore merci à la direction et à l'équipe.

Wir waren nun schon zum 7 mal zu Gast im Hotel Anamar Suites.. wir schätzen die nähe des Hotels zum Strand und den verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten welche Playa del Ingles zu bieten hat, sehr.. Wie bisher haben wir HP gebucht und wir sind gelinde gesagt, sehr enttäuscht! Sowohl vom Frühstück als auch vom Abendessen..die Qualität vom Essen hat von Jahr zu Jahr stätig abgenommen. Die Auswahl ist gross jedoch sehr, wirklich sehr ungeniessbar..angefangen von den abgestandenen Spiegeleiern am Morgen, den trockenen Brötchen, bis hin zum verbratenen und trockenen Fleisch am Abend (wirklich jeden Abend). Dass Hotel ist an und für sich wirklich schön und die Zimmer sind geräumig. Die Poolanlage mit der kleinen Bar ist sehr schön gestaltet so wie der Jacuzzi Bereich im unteren Teil vom Hotel. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist stets freundlich, jedoch die Mitarbeiter vom Restaurant eher unfreundlich, griessgrämig und schlecht gelaunt. Eine Dame donnert am Morgen dass Besteck und die Teller so fest, dass sich das gesamte Restaurant nach ihr umdreht und dass kann es wirklich nicht sein. Es ist, wie gesagt ein schönes Hotel an einer Top Lage jedoch nimmt die qualität stetig ab. Für die sauberkeit, Zimmer, Ausstattung und den Poolbereich 5☆ für dass Essen und die freundlichkeit vom Personal 1-2☆ gutgemeinte Sterne!
