Where do I start ? There are some good and bad things to mention about this property. Firstly, we were greeted by a lovely lady who may have been the owner. She was welcoming and nice throughout our stay. The pool was very clean and we were there most days to chill. On our first night we didn’t get to shower as the water was cold and just wouldn’t heat up. They were quick to try and sort and stated water is slow but does work. The shower does not go onto a hook so you have to hold it finding it very challenging to wash and hold the shower head at the same time. I never felt clean and water was always coming onto the bathroom floor making it a daily struggle with things. The hot water worked when it wanted to and some days when it got to my partner using it it would be cold. Very disappointed by the hot water. In our room above bed there was a plug socket and if you touched it or the wood board touched it it would make sparking noises. I had to sleep on sofa downstairs otherwise I was worried I’d get an electric shock. The sparking sound would keep me/partner awake. Also, bed board was screwed to the wall and had fallen off making me unable to stay in that bed without it making a banging noise. Beware, dogs wake you up at 6-7am most days barking so loudly and I’m not sure if it was just where we were positioned. We paid a great price and we got what we paid for. Rooms are in need of a makeover as some things were falling apart. I did not want to give a 1 as the lady very nice

Set in the quieter district of Sonnenland these simple apartments provide everything you need for a quiet break in the sun. The walk to the beach is not as far as Google Maps suggests as there are a number of obvious shortcuts once you start the journey. A taxi ride to / from Playa Del Ingles is a reasonable €5. The local Spar is 5 mins walk and has the essentials, but there is more choice at the Hiperdino at El Tabelro which is about 15 mins walk. There was a problem with the microwave in my apartment which was resolved within an hour of my reporting it and everything else was exactly as I expected. As others have said if you expect the Ritz you will be disappointed, however if you are looking for a good value, quiet, well kept apartment complex with friendly helpful staff then look no further. I would definitely return.

Je pensais avoir réservé une chambre d'hôtel mais, en fait c'était un appartement en duplex avec cuisine équipée, grande terrasse, etc... Très pratique et économique à plusieurs. A 30mn à pied des plages et du centre ville. Piscine clean. Les équipements du logement ont besoins d'être réactualisés. Bon plan malgré tout, je suis prêt à y retourner.

Very peaceful and excellent value. Good transport links which I needed to get anywhere. It’s a bit in the middle of nowhere! Great for the Sun though. Two balconies so there’s always some sunshine. The reception was unmanned though so was difficult to get advice about anything.

Economico

Es antiguo pero por lo que costo esta bastante bien lo importante para mi era el colchon y era bastante comodo. Lo unico la limpeza en el check in pues practicamente nula, lleno de polvo y debajo de las camas muebles y sofa lleno de pelusas, y los alergicos lo notamos. El microondas no pudimos usarla estaba muy oxidado en el interior y la cafetera igual, es mejor quitarlos y no poner nada antes que ponerlos en ese estado. LA zona tiene parking gratuito y parada de guagua cerca y tambien supermercados. Aunque tienen cosas que mejorar yo repetiré.

Nice two star facility

We had a nice experience, with a quiet, stressless environment. The staff was very helpfull and we enjoyed the stay. We missed some kitchen utillities, wi-fi in the appartment and english speaking TV- channels.

Jeg kom fram dit en time tidligere .imellomtiden mens de vasket og gjorde i stand bungalowen som jeg skulle bo i gikk jeg ned for å spise i restauranten der.Jeg gikk for ristet hvitløksbrød.Det smakte forferdelig muggent og jeg klaget.Jeg slapp å betale men spiste ikke der mer under oppholdet.Dessuten var det en tung os av gammelt fra kjøkkenet som ikke frembringer smaksløkene akkurat.Renholdet i bungalow var så der,fant en hårdott på gulvet og rekkverk opp til andre etasjen til soverom virket seigt når jeg tok på det med hånden.Jernporten inntil bungalow kilte seg alltid helt fast slik at jeg måtte sparke den opp med et spark.Jeg kunne ikke lukke den opp med hendene fordi det var for tungt.Ellers var personalet hyggelig

выбрали этот вариант так как это была самая дешевая цена в маспаломас. Находится далеко от пляжа, без машины ни куда. С парковками вокруг напряг, мы платили 1 евро в день и ставили рядом . Номер старенький, уборка - формальность, раз в три дня, полотенца меняли так же, постельное 1 раз за 2 недели. Есть бассейн, лежаки. Wifi Только на рецепшн, у нас на балконе немного ловил. Завтракали обедали на балконе- это плюс, а вида с него ни какого -это минус))) вообще нам понравилось.

Astioita on ja ruoantekovälineirä,Paistinpannut loppuun raavitut!=-- Palvelu kohteliasta.Minun kohdallani ei ollut rymyhuoneistoa. Allas puhdistetaan joka aamu=+++ . Kävelemällä alas isommantien reunaan on useita bussi linjoja.Hotellin kadulta kerran tunnissa Inglesiin.Kiertää kyllä muttaa näkeehän siinäkin 1,40€. Taksi Sonnenland-Ingles =5€ ei paha,

Kaikki on melko kulunutta ja hieman syrjässä. Huone oli kuitenkin tilava ja sieltä löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Siivooja käy välillä lakaisemassa ja luuttuamassa laattalattiat, kuitenkin niillä hyvin nopeasti alkaa kulkemaan irtoroskia uudelleen. Espanjalainen vanha ukko päivystää respassa lähes jatkuvasti, hieman vaivaannuttava kaveri. Allasalueella ei ollut tyhjiä laattakoloja, koska koko laatoitus oli altaasta poistettu ja pohjustettu ja maalattu valkoisella. Alueelta pääsee suoraan rancho luna ravintolaan, jossa perus turistiruokaa ja juomaa kohtuullisilla hinnoilla ja iloisella palvelulla. Jonkin verran saa talsia rantaan tai menomestoille, jos ei käytä taksia tai bussia. Lähellä muutama ravintola ja pikkukauppa. El tableron kauppakeskukseen jaksaa kävellä ja siellä iso marketti. Rannoilta tullessa on käveltävä aika paljon ylämäkeä. Hintansa väärti ehdottomasti.

2 Wochen Ataitana Faro im Dezember 2018

Die Appartments sind von der Form her alle gleich, aber unterschiedlich ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Wohnküche und eine große Terasse (Süd) im EG und Schlafzimmer, Bad und einen Balkon im ersten OG. Unser Appartment (Nr. 17) war modern ausgestattet: Ceran-Kochfeld, Microwelle, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und eine eigene Waschmaschine. Möbel ehr rustikal und funktionell, Bett nicht durchgelegen und bequem. Die Putzfrau kommt alle 2 bis 3 Tage. Gemeinschaftspool sauber und genügend Liegen. Umgebung: ruhig. Mehrere Supermärkte sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Weg zum Stand ist zu Fuß ehr zu weit. Bus: 1,40 EUR, Taxi ca. 5,00 EUR. WLAN über 1a-Netzwerk (28 EUR für 14 Tage). Dies ist keine 4 oder 5 Sterne Unterkunft! Wer also Luxus erwartet ist hier falsch. Wir haben bereits mehrere Appartments in Maspalomas gebucht. Im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war dieses TOP.
