Nice place

A nice place to stay i PdI, very central and with a nice pool area. The double bed is far too narrow for two people, Rest of the apartment was ok.

Aloe Apartments have an ideal location in between the beach and Yumbo. The apartments have a microwave and washing machine, which is excellent for long stays (I usually stay for a week, and this was my 5th stay in four years). Some aspects to improve: a proper black out in room windows, better sound proof windows and door. Front door should have a bell and an emergency phone number.

Aloe has the ideal location between the gay beach and Yumbo. Buses are constantly running everywhere, especially to the airport. It has a great pool, and has the convenience of a washing machine and microwave. I suggest that you put black out curtains in the room as it is impossible to sleep if you are sensitive to light. It would also great to have air conditioning.

The apartment was lovely, and I had a balcony with sunset in the evening. The cita shopping center is across the road and the entrance to the sand dunes was a 5 minute walk. The pool was clean and a good size. The only negative here was the lack of soft covers for the sunbeds, you're just laid on the hard plastic and no umbrellas to sit under. The managers were really friendly and helpful. Its the first time at this hotel and I'll definitely be back!

Disgusting yellowish stains on the bed

Very nice receptionist, but the room had a very disgusting bed with a sheet that was too small and was falling off. In fact, I don't think you can invite guests to sleep in such a bed with yellowish stains and other stains everywhere. The sofa in the living room was similarly worn and disgusting

Slitent men ok sted i sentrum av Playa del Ingles.

Et greit hotell i Playa del ingles. Rommet vi hadde var slitt så en oppussing hadde gjort seg. Gamle og utdatere og stygge tremøbler samt en forferdelig smal seng (kun 120 cm bred) gjorde at vi sov dårlig i den. Ellers var badet litt slitent og renhold av dusj litt dårlig (en dag fant vi en død kakkerlakk på gulvet) , de kunne kostet på en oppussing der også. Varmtvannstanken er liten (kun 15 liter) dette gjør at den går tom temmelig fort når to personer bor der. Ellers var stedet greit, hyggelig betjening som jobbet der. Men som sagt, stedet er slitent.

Zeer verouderd en achterstallig onderhouden appartement, zonder goed werkende WiFi. Geen airco aanwezig. Einfach aber guter Service Toplage

Durch den günstigen Übernachtungspreis sollte man keine zu großen Erwartungen haben. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist funktional im Appartement 418 sogar mit Waschmaschine. Das WLAN funktionierte tadellos. Die Liegen am Pool sind am Kopfende nicht Höhenverstellbar und Auflagen und Sonnenschirme nicht vorhanden. Der Service von der Rezeption ist hervorragend. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Vacanza a Maspalomas!

Piacevole esperienza all’Aloe, ottima posizione, appartamento ben disposto e con tutto il necessario. Bella piscina con ampio spazio per lettini e molto verde. Nelle vicinanze, supermercati, fermata dell’autobus e tutti i servizi più importanti. Molto vicino al mare e alle bellissime dune. Molto cordiale e gentile il gestore della struttura che ci ha trattato benissimo.

An ordinary apartment, nothing special. The interior finishes leave much to be desired. The reception staff, at check in, did not provide any details about the location, city, dining locations, not even about the wifi password. As for the internet, it works poorly on floors. Only in the reception area is there a better internet signal

NO VOLVERÍA AQUÍ

Lo mejor: -Está muy bien situado. -La piscina muy limpia y con control de acceso teniendo en cuenta las recomendaciones sanitarias establecidas por la situación actual. El socorrista y el equipo de mantenimiento muy atentos con el uso de los espacios comunes y desinfectando todo cada cierto tiempo. Lo peor: -El apartamento estaba bastante sucio en general. Le faltaba una limpieza profunda y desinfección. Tuve que comprar lejía y limpiar algunas cosas yo mismo. -Los utensilios de cocina muy sucios. Tendrían que tener más consideración especialmente con esto teniendo en cuenta la situación sanitaria. -El recepcionista (estando en un lugar cerrado) no hacía uso de la mascarilla. Además se mofaba de los que sí la llevábamos diciendo que la COVID-19 y la pandemia es una mentira. Supongo que de ahí el apartamento estuviera tan sucio. No repetiría aquí.

My stay at Appartements ALOE was a very good surprise. Even if the room and its furnitures are not in a modern style, it's well equipped, perfectly clean on my arrival and ideally located. Moreover, Raju and Peter were very helpful for arranging my check in the evening. Will definitely come back for my next stay in Maspalomas.

Reception was amazing, Mr. Raju and Mr. Peter will do whatever is needed to make your stay enjoyable. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The location is super, ten minutes walking time to the beach and five minutes to shops, restaurants and bars. Small grocery store right next to the hotel. All around I am very satisfied and will return to this property.
