「Really hard to arrive if you drive because it's far」

「Na verblijf was één grote tegenvaller. Het lijkt op de website alsof je in het Pink House verblijft, met gebruik van de keuken, maar dat was niet het geval. Eerst moesten we een half uur wachten omdat de eigenaar de boeking niet had gezien. We kregen daarna een zeer eenvoudige en niet erg schone kamer met alleen een tafel en een koelkast. We konden ons gekochte eten dus niet koken. Toen we gingen douchen sloegen de stoppen door. Dat bleek een bekend probleem. De eigenaar beloofde na veel boze...

「We had a very relaxing stay at Jenna’s. The lake views were immaculate, rooms were comfortable & very clean, and the staff were so friendly. They were responsive and extremely helpful with booking excursions and shuttle buses for us. Location is a tiny bit out of town but we preferred this to better enjoy the tranquility of the lake. 」

「Really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Beautiful view of the lake. Easy walk to the store and bars. You can book a tour of the other villages by boat from the resort, and there is safe parking nearby for a small fee. The continental breakfast included eggs which was nice. The pool area had plenty of lounge chairs and tables and you can order food and drinks. I recommend the hamburguesa Sababa. Overall just an excellent relaxing stay. At might you will...

「Das Hotel ist ein einmaliges Erlebnis. Wir sind jeden Morgen extra früh aufgewacht, um den Sonnenaufgang aus dem Bett zu schauen. Das Personal ist unfassbar nett und super hilfreich, egal welche Fragen und Anliegen man hat! Einen besseren Start in Guatemala hätten wir nicht haben können :)」

「Hotel staff were lovely people, always greeted with kindness and providing any help needed. The room was clean, and the bed incredibly comfy. In a great location walking distance to everything nearby! Wish I had longer in San Juan to stay more time at this hotel. 」

「The room was not only clean, but had a spectacular view and was so comfortable. Staff was so nice and accommodating. One of the best parts about our stay was the included breakfast and the dinner (not included) which was delicious! We thought we’d explore the island more for dinner but ended up eating at El Picnic because it was just that good. Gaby is an amazing hostess and went above and beyond to assist us with whatever we needed as well. Thanks for a great stay that we will always remember!」

「Staff was so welcoming. I was surprised when I saw them meeting us down at the parking lot (2 of them) giving us a warm welcome and offering to carry luggage/bags. Room had a great view of the lake and volcanos, bedding was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Entire room was so spacious. Breakfast was nice as well with a combination of many things we liked. Food and drinks were great. To top it all is the view of Lake Atitlan and the volcanos from the infinity pool. That is magical.」

「This spot was booked for our honeymoon. The lake town is vibrant and full of energy. We loved this establishment because it captured the beauty of the lake while allowing us to enjoy our time away from all the noise. The staff here made us feel fantastic and knowing they have a restaurant on site where all the staff get to know your name was fantastic. We went from town to town after our stay here and I wish we stayed in this hotel for the whole time. 」
