"Room was excellent!."

"Emerson checked us in, and the King room that she gave us was that of MOTEL status. I booked wanting the River Walk experience, and was not accommodated as such! Nothing chaps my hide worse than attending a vacation being met with horrendous Hotel experience! We were eventually accommodated with another Room, which indicated that tge room was available in the beginning. The floor was dark brown in color, and the white towels being met with floor indicated how dirty the floor was. Although I love the antique feeling of the hotel, I will not book this location again! The service at breakfast was horrible as well, I ordered orange juice and the glass was chipped. I asked for a creamer and had to ask again. I’m disgusted by the treatment here. "

"Every interaction from beginning to end was amazing! I took my girlfriend out to San Antonio for her birthday and we thoroughly enjoyed the location (right on the Riverwalk!), the restaurants breakfast was amazing, the staff was professional and kind.. The esthetic was to our liking! Wel loved it! I just booked another trip for the family in July! See you all soon! "
