Don’t judge this motel by its exterior because the rooms have been recently renovated. This motel is by far the cleanest and nicest motel in San Antonio at the price range of less than $100 per night!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The lady at the front desk was amazing and very accommodating. There was a misunderstanding but she made it right and took care of it promptly and efficiently. She was very apologetic and was very sincere. Would stay there again!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The staff went out of their way to make sure you felt comfortable. The room inside is very clean and nice. The outside still needs some work but they are updated the property. Overall I would stay here again.

Tuve una excelente experiencia en este hotel durante mi estadía en San Antonio. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y bien equipada, lo que hizo que nuestro descanso fuera muy agradable. Además, la ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente, cerca de varios puntos de interés, lo cual facilitó mucho nuestros planes. Aunque el hotel se encuentra actualmente en remodelación, esto no afectó nuestra experiencia; al contrario, todo se mantuvo muy agradable, organizado y cómodo durante nuestra estadía. Destaco también la tranquilidad del lugar y el buen ambiente en general. Sin duda, lo recomendaría y volvería a hospedarme aquí en el futuro. ¡Muchas gracias por tan buen servicio!

The outside looks rough but the rooms have been remodeled and our stay was great! Don’t let the outside appearance stop you. Staff was great ! They made you feel welcome! Will definitely be staying again our next trip!

The AC was not working properly, no microwave, no mini refrigerator, there was what would appear to be droplets of splattered blood on one of the walls of the bathroom, which I ended up cleaning with a wipe because it was just disgusting. The cabinet that was in the room was also extremely damaged and looked really bad. But the most important thing that was terrible was that there was no lock on the window AND in the morning, we realized that somebody opened it in the middle of the night, and it was cracked. It was extremely scary.

Renovated room. Pleasantly surprised. Older building but you can tell management is quickly updating location. Quick check in and check out. Easy parking, gated. Until they change ice machine you may need to bring a bag of ice no big deal. Great deal for the price. Overall 4 stars, will use in the future. Friendly STAFF!
