"To start off when we arrived there was no one at the front, several guest were waiting to be checked in and when she finally showed up, she had a bad attitude, so we were greeted very rudely from the moment we walked in. The room could've been cleaner. It had a weird smell, and there were hairs in the shower. To top it off, the AC in our room was not working properly. The room was at 80 degrees from the moment we arrived and for the entire duration of our stay. The staff offered some loud, old fans to accommodate us because apparently all rooms were sold out but, I guess you get what you pay for."
