「The staff was extremely profesional」

「The quality of the food at breakfast was not as good.」

「When requested the room service was great. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was available as mentioned, the bar was available and the staff was friendly as well. We didn’t really enjoy any amenities, we were always out and arrived back late」

「The location was good but they need to work on the wifi .,and the room was hot ,」

「The room was clean and maintained. Its ok to spend a night before going to the airport for that early morning flight. Staff was friendly and courteous. There was a kitchen but no kettle or a way to light the gas stove with the damp match sticks. Towels were as thin as paper.」

「Very good！」

「the managers were very helpful and personally showed me around the area. the staff was great even with a language barrier went out of there way to help me with any issues I had . the house keepers always kept my room looking pretty and were very charming. I will definitely stay here again」

「Unfortunately, my client had a very bad experienced at this hotel, after staying their in the past, this time there was an electricity outage at the hotel at check out date. There was no one at the desk to attend my clients checkout. He had to drag 4 luggages all by himself down the stairs from 7 high. I finally made contact with the hotel on his behalf as he booked through me all he got was an apology, no compendation nothing although the staff informed expedia they offered a compendation but...
