「Capacitar bien al personal de recepción, en cuanto a las reservaciones hechas, pagadas y confirmadas , ya que estaban apartando cuartos para gente que no había pagado ni reservado, no se quisieron tomar el tiempo de verificar en sistema con expedía, fue un rotundo “no hay habitaciones disponibles y haz tu reclamación donde te corresponda”, después de tanto insistir revisaron y me dieron la habitación 」

「I stayed here on a Saturday and there's a bar/nightclub right across the street. When I arrived, the woman at the front said that the room I had reserved was on the side of the street facing the bar and for a price increase I could get another room that was a bit quieter. 「La atención fue buena, las habitaciones son chicas y es la segunda ocasión que nos toca un colchón mas blando de un lado lo cual fue incomodo ya que causaba dolores de espalda, no hay clima, solo un ventilador y no avienta suficiente aire (lo menciono ya que fuimos en temporada de calor y si le sufrimos)」

En la noche dieron mi cuarto a otra persona, estaba durmiendo y se repente entro alguien con llave, en la recepción dijeron que era porque en el sistema les salia libre. PESIMO HOTEL 」
