The place was clean and safe, and a very good price with air conditioning. It's a bit off the main downtown (on the other side of the airport) but about 10 to 15min walk to reach. Hot water is limited but I guess it's normal on such island.

Very nice little family hotel

We travel as a family of 5 and we really like it. It is a small, family run hotel, with basic facilities. It's not fancy but it is perfectly clean, everything is new and smells good. It is run by very friendly and helpful people. It's located in a calmed neighborhood. To go to the city center you have to take a taxi which the only downside; but at the same time it's away from the noise and the busyness of San Andres city center.

Decent clean hotel with friendly staff.

I was very happy with the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were basic but up to date and clean with no unusual odors. Linens were fresh. There was a good air conditioner in the room. The staff was friendly and were able to speak english. They helped us with recommendations for hotels and renting a motor bike. You can hear the airplanes overhead at night and the location is not ideal, but the area is so small that it doesn't take long to get anywhere you need to go by walking, taxi or motor bike.

Great spot, great hosts.

My stay at the Cabañas Green Yard was awesome! Wendy and Silvia were amazing hosts! Me and my boyfriend arrived at night but Silvia showed the room and explained everything about the room and neighborhood. We had a problem with our credit card on the first day and were a bit worried but Wendy gave us assistance and offered the cash advance services. They were lovely, the room we stayed was good and we had facilities like minibar and a stove to cook something when we didn't feel like going out. On our last night we all ate pizza together! Also, it is about 10/15 minutes to the center of the island and it was a nice walk to do... Spratt Bight was right on the corner. If you want to spend one or two days just chillin' on the beach is a great choice!! Cabañas is a great place to stay :D :D :D

Sin tanto ruido y más cerca sería espectacular...

El alojamiento es bastante limpio,hacen aseo día por medio,pedimos una cobija para el sillón cama adicional y nunca nos la facilitaron,tenía una sábana doble y nos respondieron que así se usaba allá, y que si tenía frío apagara el aire acondicionado. Nos tocó una habitación en el primer piso,donde colindaba con una casa donde estaban construyendo y los ruidos eran bastante molestos,sin mencionar el de los aviones que pasaban de vez en cuando,ya que está casi al lado del aeropuerto. Hay que caminar unas 4cuadras hasta Serie Bay que es la calle donde comienza la playa,es una calle bien larga de doble vía donde pasan muchas motos a toda velocidad,y en la que hay un trayecto en que la vereda se hace muy angosta y es bien incómodo caminar por ahí, de noche es bastante oscuro,pero es un barrio bastante tranquilo. La habitación era cómoda pero la cama matrimonial era muy dura,habían repisas para guardar la ropa,la tv muy pequeña pero el wifi excelente,hay frigobar y un hervidor de agua,excelente para prepararse un café, el baño siempre muy limpio,con toallas y piso de baño En general es bueno,pero caro para lo lejos y el ruido que hay.

A great alternative to pricey beach front hotels.

Great staff and Great private, quiet, and easy relaxation. clean inside and out. The owner has a house on site and is always there to help out. 15 min. walk to the ocean, but you need a taxi or a buggy rental to be at easy movability. 3.50 $ taxi to the action and beaches. Um sonho transformado em PESADELO

O quarto que o hoteis.com me vendeu não estava disponível na pousada. Eles insistiram que eu contratei um quarto, quando o agente da hoteis.com foi claro em me dizer que eu estava contratando um apartamento com banheiro, quarto, cozinha (com mesa e geladeira) e varanda. Tentei contato com o hoteis.com, que também não estava disponível para me dar o suporte no momento que necessitei. A pousada não fica no local informado no mapa do hoteis.com, fica bem mais afastado do centro do que o informado. A água do chuveiro e da pia não passavam de um filete minúsculo de água fria. A TV do quarto não funcionava. No final a pousada me devolveu 10% do valor pago, mas isso não chegou nem perto de compensar o transtorno e decepção que tive.

El hotel en terminos de comodidad estuvo bien, lo unico es que esta un poco distante del centro y la zona es un poco oscura y solitaria para caminar. No se consigue taxi facilmente. En cuanto al aseo, en los 4 dìas que estubimos nunca cambiaron toallas nio retiraron basura o papeles sanitarios. La comodidad de tener una sala comedor y cocina hacen del sitio un lugar bueno para ahorrar cocinando uno mismo, ademas, la zona es propicia para descansar en la noche, no hay ruido. Falta mejorar un poco la atencion de las personas encargadas del lugar. (aunque entenedemos que personalmente pasaban por un momento dificil).

adquirí un servicio y nos dieron otro diferente, la respuesta fue que nos ubicaban en otro hotel si estábamos incómodos o insatisfechos ya habiéndonos instalados y cancelado, nunca hubo televisión y en las instalaciones estaban construyendo.

Agradable estadía, a 15 min caminando de la playa.

Linda habitación con cocinilla, la dueña. Es una persona muy amable y atento a tus requerimientos, el sector es muy tranquilo, caminamos mucho de noche y nunca tuvimos ningún problema. Tendría que mejorar el servicio de aseo de la habitación ya que es cada dos o tres días. En general recomendable 100 % si vas a estar fuera todo el día y solamente llegar a dormir.

Very nice place to stay with your family !! The only thing you must know, there is no hot wather, but it's not really necessary here in San Andres.... Not so far from the beach, market and down town. The owner is Ms.Silvia, she is very friendly and helpful person....

Great for one night

We stayed just for one night as we arrived late by plane to San Andres. Nice basic and super clean room with a pretty garden outside (although too warm to enjoy). A/C was very effective! Bathroom was extremely small, and we had some water issues where it was not running properly but the hosts said that was not typical. Very sweet owners who were helpful in calling us taxis and allowing us to have a late checkout. Great place to rent on your arrival or final night in San Andres as it's very close to the airport. Given the size and that the neighborhood is a bit far away from any action (and thus you would have to take a taxi everywhere), I wouldn't stay longer than a night.
