"This place is a scam, no less. I’ve been booking with hotels.com for many years and I never had to experience something this terrible. It looks good and clean from the pictures online but don’t let this fool you. As soon as we got in there was awful smell. "The first day the floor was dirty , requested to clean and took more than one day . Also the floor of the hallway was slippery . Manager was notified and took actions . The swimming pool was broken and we could not use for one day then send us to another hotel were had time restrictions . They should inform guest about it . Another issue was was to see a foreign old man with two young women at the hotel . It was inappropriate for family oriented hotel . Hoping the feedback is considered and make Trigen to improve . Food was good in general but somet days the juice was not freshed . The rodizio was not the best experience ."
