"We arranged airport transfers with Fair house to collect us from the airport. Upon arrival we were greeted with a sign and taken straight to the hotel. Our check in experience was very pleasant and we were taken to our room via golf cart. We stayed just under 2 weeks and every day was exceptional. We had a Villa with private pool which was perfect and cleaned daily. The room and bathroom are very spacious and the mini bar was very well priced. The hotel itself is in an amazing setting and location on the beach. The pool bar is swim up on all sides and the restaurant is excellent. My wife visited the spa a few times and had an excellent experience. There is also a well kitted out Gym with amazing views. The breakfast is a buffet style with an made to order egg station and the option to order porridge and eggs benedict etc. Our host "Boss" was amazing. He welcomed us every morning and helped arrange a tour to Pig island as well as treat us to a complimentary meal as we were considered long stay guests. All the staff at Fair House Villas are so nice, polite and welcoming. Thank you to Fair House Villas and all the staff for a wonderful and memorable stay. "

"Truly a world-class resort! My wife and I stayed here for a week last year and had an incredible time. Some of the friendliest staff we've encountered and our room was amazing. The gym is fully equipped with everything needed for a good workout. We will definitely miss the ocean views and infinity pool. Definitely plan on staying here again when we come back to Ko Samui. Highly recommended!"

"Brilliant location right on the beach in the quiet part of Fisherman’s Village. The beach and pool were beautiful, and the staff were exceptional—especially Max at the bar who really looked after us. The restaurant food was outstanding, and the spa and other facilities were top-notch. The pool was spotless, with plenty of recliners and great floating lilos. Our room was cleaned daily and always felt fresh. We genuinely couldn’t fault anything and would love to come back—an excellent stay all round. Highly recommend "
