「A clean and stylish hotel where it is convenient for tourists to sightsee around the beautiful city. Besides the hotel provides some “little surprise” e.g. welcoming letter and candies, tasty chocolate, hydrating water jar and refreshing music list. The staffs are nice and polite to communicate. Highly recommended.」

「Parking and no elevator are the things to be aware of, however I expect many of these downtown Old Quebec properties would be the same! Location was excellent and walkable to many restaurants and tourist sites. The room was eloquent and breakfast was very good with fresh fruit. A great stay!」

「I was assigned a room next to the elevators. Have much noise during the day inside room. Decent toiletries and high quality towels. I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea. Good location to access to popular street and cafe. Attentive valet service. One thing to complain is overcharging me wine vending machine. Appealed to the front desk. Yet to wait for refund.」
