Dark Lobby, Tired Room, Great Pool

Initial reception was not good: no one greeted us at the door to help with our luggage and explain parking, front desk staff was not friendly, the lobby was dimly light and uninviting. Nice room but needs renovation: stained carpet, flat screen remote control didn't work, air conditioning didn't work, water damage in bathroom. Lovely dinner and good service. Lovely breakfast. Great pool!

İ get a good price probably because of covid 19. The hotel staff were good. The hotel location is in the heart of the old part Just next to the biggest shopping center. I think the city need this hotel very much and can recommend to any visitors.

It's not worth the money. 5 star hotel but when you try to look out the windows you can’t because of dirt from outside. Room looked old an run downed, Not to mention no bath robes was in the room when I called in and asked for one they told me you can get bah robe only if you use the spa! How ridicules is that? I almost fall into bath tub because of the way it was designed and breakfast was horrible.

Gros problème avec le personnel

Cela fait la 2ème fois que je viens à cet hôtel pour son emplacement. L’hôtel est confortable (malgré la musique forte jusqu’à minuit dans le restaurant du 9ème). Mais par pitié faites quelques chose avec votre personnel : à l'enregistrement le réceptionniste ne nous a même pas adressé la parole, pas un mot on parle pas du sourire !!! A croire qu'ils n'aiment pas les femmes! Idem pour le petit déjeuner personnel très fermés. Très peu de choix

Daha önce de tercih ettiğimiz Anemon Samsun'da genel olarak her şey çok güzeldi. Ancak, bazı konularda iyileştirmeler yapılması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. İlk olarak, çocuk havuzu kullanılmıyordu ve daha önceki konaklamamızda da saunayı kullanamamıştık. Spa bölümünde sürekli bir şeylerin eksik olması üzücü, çünkü havuzu nedeniyle bu otele diğer 5 yıldızlı otellerden daha fazla ücret ödüyoruz. Bu hizmetleri kullanmayı beklemek hakkımız diye düşünüyorum. Bir diğer rahatsız edici durum ise yetişkin havuzunda tuvalet kokusuna benzeyen bir kokunun olmasıydı. Bu koku bizi gerçekten rahatsız etti. Ayrıca kahvaltı çeşitliliği de bize yetersiz geldi. Samsun'un en iyi otellerinden biri için böyle zayıf bir kahvaltı sunulmasını beklemezdim. Bu durumu ekonomik krizin etkilerine bağlıyorum. Otopark imkanının çok iyi olduğunu ve personelin son derece nazik ve yardımcı olmaya istekli olduğunu da belirtmek isterim.

çift kişilik odaya 1 tane havlu ve 1 tane su koymak ne demek ?? illa otelden su almak zorunda değiliz oda ücretinde her zaman kişi başı 1 er şise su konulur kuraldır . Nasıl 5 yıldız almışsınız şaşırıyorum.

Spa için gelmeyin

Samsun'a her gittiğimizde bu otelde kalıyoruz. Odaları temiz ve sessiz. Odalardaki ışıklandırmaların çoğunun ampulü yanmıştı ve çalışmıyordu. Değiştirilmeleri lazım. SPA merkezine ilk kez indik ama felaketti. Sauna buz gibi, buhar odası ise tamamen kapalı. Bir görevli bulamadık, sonradan bir Endonezyalı kızcağız çıkıp geldi, yarım yamalak Türkçeyle anlaştık. Havuza girip çıktık. Kahvaltı güzel, ezine peyniri ve izmir tulumu ikram etmişler.
