It was great to see the bar /restaurant buzzing with locals and others staying there. Staff were really helpful. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay and located well for exploring. 」

We tried every contact number provided, including the delivery and service numbers advertised, but received no answer or callback. 「An elegantly appointed fairly formal country house in a beautiful rural setting, not far from a tiny small village. The rooms are comfortable and the hosts provide a great breakfast. Access to and from the property from the A roads was interesting to say the least. Single lane “roads” for the 2 miles either side of the property require a fair degree of both caution and concentration. Some parts will barely allow a car to pass. That said, it is worth the trip. Just do it slowly!」

「Charming little hotel, above a great little pub, and great value for money, would highly recommend.」

「Staff uniforms were filthy and the floors were covered in food. Owner didn't greet with a smile nor was very friendly. There were broken ornaments on display. Shower door was broken and didn't close properly and the shower itself was a dribble of water. Im glad it was onky for one night!」
