「When I first checked in and went to the room I was assigned, it was not the room I booked. I booked a room with a king bed and a pullout sofa bed. I wanted a spacious room plus a large enough bed to be able to toss and turn without pushing my boyfriend off the bed, so it had to be a king bed. The room I was given was a standard room with a queen bed.
