「This is a very basic property that is kept basically clean. I had many cockroaches in my room and did not receive fumigation after asking.」

「It was a very basic room. No bureau or closet to put clothes. You're forced to live out of your suitcase. The room was clean. The staff were very helpful. The building looks a little tired. The air conditioner did work very well.」

「Beautiful place! The two pools are awesome. The free (short) island hopping and cave tours are well worth the time. We extended our island hopping to +/- 1 hour and it was great. Very relaxing and incredible sites. Unfortunately, the food is only okay and many items were unavailable. Still, I highly recommend this beautiful resort.」

Unfortunately the smart TV did not work and the Wi-Fi was nonexistent. We did asked to transfer rooms which ended up being 401. Much smaller room with the queen bed but at least the Wi-Fi...

「廁所一直有臭味，排風扇沒作用。」

「Room was a bit dirty. Around and under the bed. The bathroom smelled of sewage. All electronic appliances were completely worn out. The refrigerator did little to cool anything inside it. Instead it just made a moderate unpleasant noise. The air conditioner was worse. It has no temperature control, so it could only do too cold or off. And the noise while running was so high it could cause hearing damage. It sounded like a rock shaker. Check in was fine. The shared room structure was a bit...
