"For the price, it is a very decent option if you want a somewhat private beach view. I recommend the superior rooms but only room 201~203. Avoid 204. Only 2 small issues: drinks at the restaurant are not great, and there’s some garbage stuck in the cracks by the swing seat outside of the dining area. You won’t see if you don’t sit there, but if you want a nice moment and sit there, the garbage really is an eyesore. I wish the workers looked at it. Other than that, I would definitely come back."

"Hotel has fantastic food and pool/beach but the property itself needs a refresh to have the expected standard for the price. We had to change room due to leaking WC and second room has AC noisy like crazy. This was 4th trip within 2 years but hotel is deteriorated fast so we will only come for food in the future."

"This is our last trip to this now disgusting hotel. - The rooms have stopped being cleaned completely. - The beach is dirty, they don't clean it at all. Twice in two weeks they pretended to pick up trash. The buoys in the water are broken, torn, and useless. - The activities from Friday to Sunday completely ruin a quiet and peaceful vacation. They drag the sunbeds around and then don't return them. The staff doesn't care at all. By the way, almost all the sunbeds are broken. - Weddings and other beach-wide gatherings are an art form. And there's no compensation for ruined days. - And the icing on the cake: this hotel is now a package tour hotel. Now all the riffraff come here for pennies and enjoy themselves. And those who bought a decent stay are treated like package tours."

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. We did not take advantage of the free beach shuttle service in the golf car but the area was accessible. We even walked. It’s so nice being in a place that’s just the opposite from the busy Pattaya City. Breakfast buffet and à la cart menu was a superb and satisfying start to every day in Thailand. "
