"Awesome location, close to great local food and 7-11 if you need something. The pictures are pretty accurate. We had a couple of broken window locks and needed extra pillows and blankets and management wouldn’t give them to us without contacting the condo owner for authorization. We never got them over our 7 day stay. At night the lighted walkway looks great but you can’t walk on it since the lights are so bright that they blind you from seeing steps. Our showers would not maintain temperature....

"We recently stayed at Hyatt Regency Hua Hin and, overall, had a very enjoyable holiday. We have visited Hua Hin many times over the years, and one of the reasons we continue to return is because of the genuine warmth and hospitality of the Thai people. They are consistently welcoming, friendly and professional, which is why some aspects of the service at the hotel stood out in comparison. We have also stayed at hotels such as the Centara Grand on several occasions, as well as the Regent in Cha-am, and have always found the service at those properties to be exceptionally consistent. Firstly, the hotel itself was beautiful. The grounds were stunning, immaculately maintained and exactly what we would expect from a five-star resort. Several departments also provided outstanding service throughout our stay. The breakfast team, gym staff, housekeeping, the lifeguards (especially Ter and the other young gentleman) and the Guardforce security team were all friendly, attentive and a real credit to the hotel. One particular incident highlighted the exceptional care provided by the lifeguards. Lewis cut his foot on the waterslide, and Ter and his team responded immediately. They administered first aid, thoroughly cleaned and dressed the wound, and continued to check on him over the following days. Their kindness and professionalism made a real difference and were greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, our experience at the pool bar was disappointing, particularly with the service prov"

"We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, had great water pressure in the shower, and a comfortable, well-designed layout. The beautiful balcony overlooking the pool was a nice touch. The staff was exceptional, especially Keng at the hotel restaurant, who provided wonderful service. Breakfast was included and offered a delicious variety of cultural and traditional breakfast options. Overall, a great experience!"

"Clean older resort at the bottom end of Sam Roi Yot beach. Lovely pool. Visited during low season, so the property was very quiet and the restaurant/ cafe was only operating for breakfast. Our individual cabin/ villa was of a good size for the 3 of us, with a clean renovated bathroom and decent wifi. Would definitely stay there again, although there would likely be limited parking in busier seasons."

"Beautiful pool and beach view in a very large room was great but the real highlight for us was the friendliness of the staff, with no exceptions. Kids enjoyed the pools, ping pong, and badminton. Also the gardens were beautiful. We saw a small owl flying in them one evening and a variety of birds during the day. Breakfast was excellent, in particular the croissants and fresh honey on a comb. Just a lot of variety and it was all delicious. Also, walking distance to the night market was nice bonus for us. Only negative was construction around the south pool and adjacent building(leaving the 2 other pools available still). Was surprised when we arrived about that but it did not dampen our experience. Sign said it would complete Dec 2026."
