Good, but not quite!

I’ve stayed here twice now - the first time was wonderful with a clean apartment, a well-equipped kitchen and all basic amenities in place. This time, even though I had a larger apartment, I found the cleanliness lacking, the kitchen has no microwave, no basic items were given and the general vibe was that the attention to detail was lacking. That’s really the difference between an average stay and a really comfortable one.
