「everything is good, only the water temperature of bath tub is hard to adjust, need to upgrade the faucet. The rest experience are very well.」

「Hotel was great, clean well kept and modern well appointed rooms. The staff was extremely accommodating, we needed extra pillows and blankets and they were delivered within five minutes. The morning breakfast was surprisingly delicious with more options than a traditional hot breakfast at a hotel. Unfortunately the pool was under construction so cannot give any information on that amenity. Would recommend this hotel!」

「The hotel was a surprise. We were only here for a night so it worked for us. No elevator. Stairs. The guy at the desk was very helpful and understanding. Beds were comfortable and the extra pillows were great. The shower pan needs to be replaced. Very old and crummy looking.」

「The place is a true gem,the attention to detail is wonderful! I loved the little glasses in the bathroom to rinse after brushing one's teeth,the makeup remover wipes,nice toiletries,the bed very comfortable; I noticed also that there was a soft pillow and another more firm pillow to accommodate different preferences i guess,the room was immaculate. As for the staff,I didn't encounter anyone,I just had contact with someone over text,and I didn't try the food either. Now the cons: No outlet or...

「The hotel itself is not too bad, but our room was a horrible experience. We had rats in our AC vents on the third night and realized that there was mold on top of the shower head the last night as well as the entire property smells like sewage and it is definitely not just because of the seaweed or sagassum. It’s a horrible awful smell. Would never recommend moon palace sunrise to anyone」
