"The room was not clean. Only in the way of hair is in the bathroom. Not a huge deal. But the fact that the hot tub was not working when we arrived and we had especially asked about that 24 hours before. The staff was not friendly or even helpful. As we’ve mentioned in other reviews, it starts from the top and the general manager, who apparently does not come there over the weekend was brutally rude and accused us of something not honest and true at all. Under her there are the front desk people who were even less accommodating or maybe that’s a bad word. We had no high expectations other than the basics and they just looked at us like we were crazy and we were being unreasonable. The hot tub was murky flat water and it was cold. Not just a little bit cold. It was cold. They ultimately moved us to a room that was functional with hot water yet the door did not work. They spent two hours on the front door, changing the lock and the key code pad. The maintenance guys were wonderful. Jorge and.another were trying so hard to get the door to function so that we could leave and enjoy our stay. That never happened and truly the best thing about this place was that they let us out of our reservation. We went down the street and found something for the same price yet much nicer. In fact, it was even less. Courtyard Marriott. In Cottonwood. What a wonderful place. It was a refreshing change from the weird attitude of the Hampton. What a bummer."

"Room was clean, very nice view. The heated pool was a major plus during the rainy weather. Breakfast was great with lots to choose from. Will definitely recommend this hotel! "

"So wonderful. From the minute you drive up into the parkway, you are relieved and relaxed! Especially when you have just pivoted your vacation due to a really bad experience down the street at the Hampton suites. We really do hate to even mention names, but it would be highly irresponsible not to say at least that. Anyway, the courtyard Marriott is clean and spacious and everyone there is friendly without trying. They’re legitimately sweet people. In the lobby there’s chilled fruit infused, spa water and a Starbucks boutique for early coffee etc. Again, the staff…everyone at the desk, including but non-limited to Jackson, Consuela and Craig are next level considerate. The maintenance team are same. Location is unmatched! Cool restaurants, bars, sport shops and bus stop to lifts is a 5 min walk. Thanking all of the high powers for this comfortable, calm experience after a bummer first night at the other. It doesn’t feel very good too leave negative comments about another property, but it was just some next level bad. On every level. Mostly the desk and management but that only became an issue after realizing how lame the busted amenities were. Gas lighting. Over charging. And a shocking amount of mean behavior. Blah. Anyway, whatever go to the courtyard Marriott. The crazy thing is it’s actually a little less expensive. Look it up. We love it here."

"This has become our go to hotel when we stay in Salt Lake. Easy access to where we need to go, very clean, nice area, staff is always friendly. Parking is great and breakfast is good. A beautiful view of the mountains if you get the right room. A great hotel for a very reasonable price!"

"I just needed a room to sleep while traveling through. Hotel was nice and quiet. My only issue was the toilet wasn't filling properly and it ran all night. Overall, good experience. The clerk at check-in was super friendly. "

"Front of the building, you can tell nothing but dogs been using it.It smells bad. Inside smells bad. My room right when I'm I checked in walked in it. Smelled terrible in the bathroom. I lifted the seat and someone used it and plastered it full of crap. I took off running and left the hotel. I don't ever wanna go back. I'm still waiting to file for a refund. Stay away.I've been to a few extended, stays.This one makes me never want to go to one ever again.!"
