The hotel itself is fine, but the low rating is due the staff, who were rude and arrogant. If you choose to stay here, I strongly recommend booking directly with the hotel. As Expedia customers, we were made to feel unwelcome. The staff repeatedly told us that we were not their customers and that they don't business with us, insisting that any issue should be taken up with Expedia.
They event went as far as saying that if they wanted to, they could kick us out of the hotel, and that they had nothing to discuss with us. again, emphasizing that we were Expedia's clients, not theirs. Expedia, on other hand, resolved our issue immediately and provided excellent service.
Expedia should reconsider who they partner with, as this hotel completely washes its hands of any responsibility when it comes to customer service.
