「After a very nice welcome by staff at check-in things started going downhill. I had asked for a room with a "nice" view and when we got to the room it was a view of a road, dirt hill, parking lot and a tree blocking what little view we had. Then we noticed the room was 80 degrees. Uncomfortable. Found out later the AC was out in the whole complex. Great, no one at the desk notified us. Thank goodness for fans in the room and cool weather. We were hoping to take advantage of their in-house steak...

「The staff,breakfast buffet and service was awesome. The mountain view pretty much is the best in Utah, hard to beat the stein! They groom ski slope everyday, easy ski in and ski out access. Cannot wait go back to ski next year.」
