"I have stade at thisn old school hotel.many times and been staisfied with most of the staff.However.. on 2 occasions especially on Saturday 14 March, at check in, my wife was verbally abused by Silver Sea Hotel reception and treated with no hospitality. I sent my wife on ahead on her own to check in at the hotel and relax as I was still working up the hills in Annotto Bay. Disappointingly the slim tall receptionist man at @ 5.30pm during check.in.was rude, obnoxious and nasty to my.wife , denying her access to our room, accusing her of identity fraud despite her having the room itinery, She had my Expedia account details per my own permission..I gave her a whats app pic of our booking , she has her British passport,.bank cards and driving licence i.d.that all matches my same surname..This receiptionist man could have let her in with that amount of detail and been polite.Instead he was rude and mentally abused her to tears..I had to speak to him.on the.phone to get her in the room.and also the next day he shown no remorse...instead during our discussion he smiled as if he was in the right and needs a discipline..this is not good Customer service..ps this is the 2nd time he had been unhelpful and rude to me..He shows no remorse of his actions and is not a good example of a hospitable host to your lovely old school hotel."

"The room lacks amenities. A descent sets of pots n pans would be nice. Remove all broken pots n pans including aluminum trays from cupboards. Clean cupboards of droppings from roaches. Fix broken fridge door n spray paint rusty spots. The front n balcony doors needs some loving. A deep cleaning on all the surfaces in n on the property (washroom door n balcony doors) is much needed. Overall, its a great space, however, it has fallen into disrepair n requires care. "

"Great location for the views and closeness to the main. Nearby are many things to do, Blue Hole, beach/water fun, Dunns Falls and so on. Staff helpful and bar with a great view made our trip wonderful. "
