「When I tried to watch the TV, I found out that it had not been setup and therefore was not working. I awoke to no hot water in my suite. The lady in charge of maintenance had me use a shower in another room. When I returned to my room, the hot water had been turned back on and she made it seem like there was nothing wrong to begin with. I knew for a fact that she had just turned on the hot water tank for my room.」
