「We book this hotel in this website using Chinese, it shows private bathroom, but when we after checked in, then I knew we should share the bathroom and the bathroom doesn't in the bedroom!!! And the bathroom is quite small!! We stayed two days, but second night the cleaner didn't give any shampoo and shower gel to us! The website shows we can check in 24h, but actually the earliest time is 11AM, it is not clear!! The room is quite clearness, but the smell is extremely bad! I can't stand it but...
