"Family of 5 3 of them being kids, I love that the room we got was Spacious not to crowded, Breakfast was good, waffles sausage, eggs toast cereal coffee juice yogurt, Wheb on a budget it was filling, also all two front desk people I talked to were super helpful and nice definitely felt welcomed, Walmart is across the street, & the beach is literally 5 min away down the street "

"no, the premise is dirty, you dont want to get out ot the room and see all trhas aournt, tobaco on the floor, dirty bankets all around, the smelling is horrible this place is mostly for homeless people who need a place to sleep"

"This place is a 10 out of 10 on the beach! The views are gorgeous and you have direct beach access with fluffy soft sand just steps from your room. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable and include everything that you need. The on-site restaurant is delicious and there is a huge pool, big hot tub and games scattered around the property including a bocce ball court where you can have fun, relax and hear the ocean. And then if that wasn't enough, the staff was top notch! From the moment we pulled up until we drove away, everyone we came in contact with was polite, friendly, and so helpful. This is our favorite hotel on the beach and always have the best time while staying there."

"There was no staff that I saw , people were arguing and seemed drunk in the room next to us . We’ve stayed before with great staff /ownership interaction and everyone was following the policy rules, not this time it was definitely a different experience. "

"Upon arrival I was informed that the room was not yet ready. It was past their posted check in time. The staff said to give them 30-40 minutes. Ok fine I left came back an hour later and the staff said again that they don’t think the room is ready. He tried calling the maids and they didn’t answer. He tells me to come back in an hour. By this point I am over it. I just travelled 4 hrs with 2 young kids one with severe special needs so I ask him if there is a place I can change my child so we can just wait in my car and I don’t have to drive them somewhere else to wait. I get the kids changed and as I’m coming out of the bathroom he says oh by the way the room is ready. I was so beyond irritated at this point I was just happy to finally be in the room. The room was actually a great set up for a family. The only downside was no bath tub. It’s in a great location close to stores, food and beach dunes. My only advice is arrive a couple hours after check in time."
