Rooms were comfortable enough although I would not recommend the sofa bed - it was a little too soft for me. Staff did well to accommodate our request and resolve our issues (TV remote needed a battery change). Very friendly at breakfast. The breakfast spread was excellent - pancakes were certainly a high demand item! Location was relatively good with easy access to the trams.
