"A decent stay overall, largely thanks to the warm and friendly staff who made a great impression. However, the rooms are in need of some TLC and stricter housekeeping checks. The chair in our room was very tired and worn, there was a chip on the outside of the room door which didn't give a good first impression, we were given ripped towels, and the shower tray was quite mouldy. With a bit of maintenance and attention to detail, this could be a much better spot."
