「Worst service ever in a 5 star. Can’t work outside the box.」

「The feel of the property was luxurious, however when we checked in (late at night) our air con wasn't working. The floor was so hot it felt like underfloor heating was turned on. Two calls to reception said they couldn't do anything about it. I asked to switch rooms, which was not possible. The next day when I was trying to check out, the maintenance man came to fix the air con, which was no use to me now as I was trying to pack up and leave. 「We had a really great experience at the Kimpton Los Monteros, Marbella for 11 days at the end of June and into July 2026. This was our second stay, having spent a few days at the Kimpton in December 2025. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anybody considering spending some time in or near Marbella, particularly great was the rooftop bar and the social hour, where you were able to have free drinks, to include wine beer and cava. 「Good location. just 3 mins walk to Old Town. Parking fee around 14 Euro per night, reasonable. We stayed in Room with sea view, Room and Bathroom were large, comfortable stay! Breakfast buffet was great with various selection. We choose the seat at outdoor with tent covered. We enjoyed the seaview so much」

「The hotel is in a beautiful location, and we really enjoyed the ambiance, especially the pool area, which is very relaxing. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and helpful. However, we experienced a strong smell coming from the bathroom in our room. Housekeeping could also be improved, as the room was not cleaned thoroughly, and room service was quite slow to deliver the items we requested. 「Das Hotel ist einzigartig!! Die Zimmer unglaublich geräumig und wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Aussicht fantastisch! Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend! 「Location is good. It's down a narrow street with limited parking so you have to drop your bags off outside the hotel and then park. Great views from the terrace. Restaurant was full the night which was a shame as the view from it was very good. There are restaurants nearby. The hotel description says it has access to a pool. Don't know where this is as there is no pool at the hotel.」

「A fight broke out in the lobby between a group of ladies celebrating a 40th and all the reception staff did was say ‘shhhhh!’ Which was hilarious. Definitely not equipped if things escalated. For such a hot place having a small bottle of water as complimentary was sub par. Very average stay, would not come back」
