「Very good stay experience, European architecture style, and the service of the staff is very considerate」

「The location was amazing, the unit was great and the bed super comfy!! The bathroom was super clean and the kitchen very nice and complete with all the utensils and appliances. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby! Highly recommended!」

「Great value, good location, clean, helpful staff」

「Not near by any sightseeing spots, but very close to the metro station. Sanitation is barely ok, but can’t say it’s very satisfying. 」

「Clean room, great area」

「Great boutique hotel in a quiet and nice area. Excellent choice of food for breakfast!」

「Best valuable hotel I ve ever been. Location/ Space/ beds/ price…..10/10」

「This apartment had everything a family with young kids can ask for. We booked the 2 bedroom apartment (with an additional sofa bed in the living room), traveling with an infant and a toddler. The living room was extremely spacious and well designed. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked, extra towels and endless pillows available in closet. The daily cleaning offered by Hyatt was a godsend. The bedrooms were very sound proof and luxurious with lots of amenities. The only thing I didn't love...

「Great breakfast」

「Fantastic service but location is too remote Every single attraction in Madrid is at least 15 mins away by taxi or 30 mins by public transport. Prices were comparable with central hotels, so there is little incentive to stay here. Sound proof is lacking and there was not much facility to speak of. Definitely felt closer to a 3 star hotel 」

「Great Area, easy reach to central Madrid by bus. Also on a walkable distance to the Real Madrid stadium,. Property was clean, nice and tidy. All the basics you need for a few days stay in Madrid. I'm very impressed. I would stay here again on our next time Madrid trip.」
