So the front foor is an issue. It slams every time someone closes it. No air conditioner so you habe to open the window and the street its on is a local thoroughfare which is weirdbecauseit isnt close to anything. Cars and trucks and motorcycles going by at all hours of the night and you hear every one of them since the windows are open. The people are nice. The breakfast is 8 Euro per guest. Over priced for sure. Also, there is zero nightlife around the place but idnt quiet either. Can not recommend.

This is my favorite spot in all of Rome. In the spring it's at its best, because the fountains are on and the flowers will be blooming. I like it a lot better than Villa Borghese because its less crowded, and you still can get a great view of the city! There's also usually a lot of dogs here too, which is great
