Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main
The hotel is close to Shinjuku station, so you can easily get anywhere. Walking areas. Metropolitan government observatory building is close and free to go. Breakfast is ok with a lot of choices. Rooms are literally a shoe box, but it’s like this in Japan.

A bit dated but clean lodging. There was a sewage smell that persisted in the bathroom which was not pleasant. Smooth check in and check out, they were able to receive our luggage transfer bags.
