「The front desk staff are less than helpful.」

「The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the convention center and Chinatown. Breakfast is provided. The room is very spacious, although the lighting is a bit dim. The kitchenette is quite basic, with only a microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator.」

「Soundproof a bit poor.」

「Goog location」

「Amazing apartment hotel on a great walking street with plenty of shops and restaurants! Clean building with easy access punch codes on doors. Check in was fast and effortless. Room came with everything for a short or long stay including cookware and laundry.」

「expired shower gel and shampoo, lots of dirt on pillow, very old electronics, light bulb fall off when switching… 」

「The room was spacious, luxurious and so comfortable. The staff were amazing, always available to help. All we needed was a corkscrew for the champagne and you had provided it! The location was superb for fine dining close by, interesting architecture, and just a few minutes drive to the Bell Centre for a great night!! Also the beautiful Atwater Market was close. Bravo!! We hope to return and will refer others!!😊」

「Very clean, perfect location Everything you need beds were great, kitchen is brand new and overall a spotless condo - other furnishings could be upgraded - unfortunately the tv did not work for our short stay」

「The place was amazing, easy check in if you upload everything the night before, there’s no parking but the hotel will send you instructions on where to park. The hotel room has all you need for cooking. I booked a month prior but found out the price dropped significantly the night before checkin. Unfortunately I booked with no refund so maybe purchase with free cancellation next time.」

「We had the first floor front room apartment with two separate bedrooms, the larger with a balcony. Each bedroom has a large comfy bed and its own tv. The apartment was very clean and open. The lighting is a bit bright with no dimmers and there are no floor lamps. The kitchen was well equipped and it would have been easy to cook in if we chose. The bathroom was roomy with a very nice walk in shower. The location is in the heart of the Plateau giving you lots of places to eat and shop. You are...
