「One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Upon walking in you see the lobby and kitchen with trendy vibe. Front desk and restaurant staffs were all friendly and professional and efficient. The room is very clean and modern, also equipped with special lighting called Luminotherapy which I found very interesting. Public indoor jacuzzi was nice. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the room clean and , if I had to nitpick would be saying hi to customer when in the hall way. I would definitely stay...

「The shuttle bus driver that day (11th morning) is a racist. There were altogether two passengers on the bus (including me). The driver kindly asked another passenger at which gate he would like to alight. Then, when arrived, that passenger alighted and gave the driver tips. The driver then shouted at me: “you, get off here!” And then asked me, “any tips?” Of course in this case, I would not tip. I didn’t answer and simply alighted there as he said. 「This is our second stay this week. At our earlier visit, the mini fridge in our room wasn't working. We mentioned it to the front desk,who promises sed it fixed or replaced. However, it hadn't happened by later that night, and when asked about it, the front desk said there was no note about it. Fortunately, we didn't have actual perishables, only beverages. My husband filled up the ice bucket, and put it in the fridge overnight. Everything was cold the next morning! Otherwise, the service was...

「It looked a bit sketchy when we first arrived, but it's VERY close to the airport and the room was large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was included and was decent. Staff were very friendly. 」
