upon arrival was told my stay was cancelled and i was supposed to receive a refund i can see this has not been done and they took my money left me stranded at night having to pay extra for a one night in a different hotel

We were travelling from Switzerland to Calais and back to uk. Needed somewhere inbetween to rest. Had good reviews so booked this place and also had free parking. The apartment was very spacious snd comfortable, the car park was very convenient and the location was some distance from the town square. The facilities were good but a few more large mugs woild be better (we only had one)
