Mary greeted me and made sure everything was to my satisfaction and offered to carry my bags to my room (which was on the second floor and only accessible by a spiral staircase). The room was in excellent condition and very clean and tidy. I had a continental breakfast which was well presented and more than adequate (in quality and quantity). "We loved the hotel and the location - just down the street from the esplanade - shops, beach, and great restaurants. On-site secure parking lot. Wonderful buffet breakfast. The rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. We also loved Trouville. Highly recommended."
