"Safety is not a priority for them. I had someone who claimed to be from the front desk who tried to get information about me, whether I was alone, who else was there, etc. I reported it to the hotel who said no one called. But they brushed it off as no big deal and wouldn't take me seriously. 30 minutes late someone tried to get into my room. Again called the front desk. Wasn't taken seriously. Had to call the police and got them to stay in site while I packed my stuff and left. I asked to get a refund since I was only ther for about an hour. The girl up front snidely told me I would need to takk to the manager in the morning. I called him, but he then pretended not to know what i was talking about and then hung up on me. I called back but they would never pick up. When I called expedia about it they couldn't get a hold of them either and one of the numbers was non working. It was an overall terrible experience. Terrible staff who doesn't take things seriously when there is safety involved. Management hangs up in you. Extremely unprofessional."

"The clerk who checked me in was very thoughtful and helpful. The bathtub was one with permanent soap scum. The sink area had a lovely elevated sink but no room for grooming items. The TV announced power on and later power off. I did not use the TV or touch the controls. TV in the next room was so loud I could not sleep until after midnight."

"I had trouble with the key card to get in my room as well as did my brother traveling with me. The manager had to come up and train me on how to use it properly. The room was clean with abundant towels. I had trouble with the bathroom door sticking and the closet door would not stay closed. A female guest was freaking out in the lobby because her room door was not locking properly. The cleaning staff was friendly and the bed comfortable."
