For the savings, I would probably stay in the budget Ibis again because it had everything I needed and it was right across from the train station. Both are convenient for touring the town or beginning the Camino."

Very comfortable bed though traditional bolster with huge pillow and bed covers could be replaced. Very good traditional French country restaurant with local specialities and delicious local red wine plus good indoor swimming pool and views of the lovely countryside with sheep in the fields from the window. "Great breakfast, and quiet room tucked away from the main building. It was a nice idea to have a courtyard as well and not be too far from restaurants. "

"Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Although we seemed to be the only guests because the season had not started yet, the place was homely with its local caféguests. Our host Pat did everything to make two hikers comfortable; the evening meal and breakfast were superb! I highly recommend the place - and to check the rules and time for checing in."
