「 Very nice, large spacious rooms! Spa is nice! Restaurants and service amazing. Couldn’t turn the ac down enough to a comfortable temp. Would have liked about 2 or 3 degrees cooler! Can hear club music till about 4 am on Fri and Saturday. Very close to the streets of restaurants and stores! Expensive if you need something laundered. 」

「It’s great that we got free upgrades for 2 nights. The service is also good. The only thing which might need improvements is the daily room cleaning.」

「We have a very late arrival flight so self check-in was a great option. The room is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Great location! The only drawback - we arrived at 1 a.m. in the winter and the heating in the room was not switched on, so it took some time to warm up the room. We managed to turn the heater by ourselves, however it would be better if there are some (printed) instructions about this for other late guests or the management turn on...

「Cet hôtel est une vraie pépite. Situé au pieds de la montagne Vitosha , il vous propose des chambres avec des vues magnifiques ( notre studio en était la preuve ). Les aménagements sont confortables , luxueux , choisis avec goût. Nous avons séjourné avec un bébé de 18mois, et nous avons eu la belle surprise de trouver un coin enfants dans l hôtel , beau et adapté à tout âge . Le restaurant est qualitatif , les produits sont de saison . Le personnel est aimable , respectueux . Je recommande .」
