"Staff was pretty unresponsive in check in, and said they couldn’t bring my wife plastic ware, so I had to go downstairs to restaurant to get myself. Otherwise, nice property, good location relative to train station to get back and forth to NYC."

"Great stay! We came into Newark on an international flight and needed water, food and wine - all provided with ease. Mac n cheese for our child, quick check in, and a true breakfast in the morning. If we ever fly into Newark again, we will stay here for sure."

"This property was horrible in so many ways. My friends and I stayed for 2 days. Upon arrival I checked in was given a room and when I went to the room a guest was already settled and staying in the room. I walked in on them. After I was given a room that was actually empty. The elevator kept getting stuck and just going up and down. The place smelled like sewage literally on every floor. Everything is outdated and cleaned at a minimum. We had to clean the bathtub ourselves. Our shower head was hanging out of the wall. Nothing was plugged up in our room we had to plug up everything. Cleaning staff just walking in the room without waiting for a response to come in. Property says no smoking but it was weed and cigarette butts/ashes on every floor in stairwell.(we took the stairs because we were terrified of the elevators). On the walk in this place looks decent, they must have renovated the lobby but nothing else it’s really outdated. Staff was unprofessional. If you are just looking for a quick stay by the airport I guess it’s ok but I do not recommend especially for the price. "

"The stay was really good the hotel was nice and staff were great- restaurants I would say tho the waitress need to get it together- waiting to long and she forgot most of my order - other then that the rooms were clean- parking was an issue as well- and they shouldn’t make guess pay for parking if they are stayin- I stayed at a few and they never made the guess pay- "
