"Excellent Vibes, but Check Your Photo Prints Early!
We recently stayed at the Riu in Montego Bay and had an absolutely wonderful vacation. I would easily give it a 5-star rating if it wasn’t for a frustrating issue on our final morning.
The Good:
Everything about the resort itself was excellent. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the overall vibes were just amazing. It’s a great place to relax and have a fun, memorable time.
The Catch:
On our last night, we paid for some last-minute professional pictures. We were assured that the printed photos would be left at the front desk for us when we checked out the next morning. Unfortunately, when we went to check out, the prints were nowhere to be found, and the resort photo shop was closed. We had to leave for the airport without the photos we paid for.
Despite the photo mix-up, we loved the resort, the energy, and the staff. We would definitely recommend it."
