"First off great location can walk to alot of local favorites. OMG where do we start Anna I hope is her name was super professional and helpful explained everything the process was amazing! Fernando wow he remembered our names each time he saw us checked on us just overall a great person to connect while traveling. Our favorite person would probably be Sophia. She was so amazing. She worked outside at the pool bar how she laughed talked and joked answer questions gave suggestions just her positivity her remembering your name your favorite drink oh my God I will come back just for her Sophia, thank you for making our visit one of the best visits at a hotel resort totally worth it the gold bathing suit Group loved you"

"Food was excellent for an AI. Rooms and resort very clean. Staff not very friendly at the desk - out AC was not working properly and we slept hot the first night. The next morning we asked for maintenance to check at 10am. By 8pm it was not checked and still not working. Went to the desk and told maintenance would come. Returned tj the room for over an hour with no maintenance. Went back to the desk & We were told no more room in “your price range” to move to and there was nothing they could do and no manager to help. Maintenance called technician to come. When we returned to the room maintenance was there and the air was finally working correctly. It took a while for the room to cool off but thank God it did because otherwise we were expected to sleep in a hot room as no other available in our “price Range” which is ridiculous considering how much I paid anyway!"

"We had an amazing stay at Hilton Flamingo! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great vacation. The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfectly located with easy access to the beach and everything the island has to offer. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pools were fantastic, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the water, snorkeling, and taking in the stunning Caribbean sunsets. The pool bar had good food and drinks were excellent, and there was always something to do for both adults and kids. Thank you to everyone at Hilton Flamingo for making our family vacation so special. We made incredible memories that we’ll cherish for years to come, and we can’t wait to visit again. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun-filled getaway in paradise!"

"The staff were not very nice but I enjoyed the room and the people that we met at the resort. It was very clean and had a good vibe. It's relaxing and still close to the downtown area. I went during carnival season so maybe the staff were overworked but I saw a staff member continue to stare at her phone when a guest was asking a question. There was just a level of rudeness that did not even happen to me that was unnecessary. I would still go back though because it attracts a crowd of really nice people. The beach is beautiful as well."
