「Siamo arrivati di pomeriggio alle 13:30 prima dell’orario stabilito per il check-in alle 15. La signora alla reception ci ha accolti gentilmente e si sono subito adoperati per preparare la nostra stanza. La signora è veramente gentile e disponibile. Le camere sono essenziali ma pulite e comode. Posizione ottima per raggiungere in 5 minuti in macchina il castello.」

「Exceeded all expectations. The hotel was inside the city gates of Carcassonne. Updated and comfortable. Nice, quite garden in the back where you could escape the crowds. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff was friendly, especially the staff stationed for the breakfast buffet. Where to park was a bit confusing and the GPS tried to take us through the city gates (obviously, not possible). Would highly recommend the experience and the hotel.」

「Nous étions de passage et nous avons passé une nuit dans l'hotel. l'acceuil est très agréable ainsi que tous les services. Le cassoulet est un délice à ne pas rater si vous prenez le repas sur place. 」

「Même si je suis resté seulement 1 nuit, j’ai pu apprécié les moments passés dans cet hôtel. Cadre agréable, accueil au top. Le restaurant de l’hôtel propose une très bonne cuisine. La chambre est de très bonne qualité avec des petits détails très appréciables. Literie confortable. Propre. 」

「接待人員相當親切，環境整體亦相當乾淨舒適，僅浴室淋浴的水龍頭支撐架壞掉，沖洗時有點不方便，但不影響整體感受。若搭乘火車旅遊，蠻推薦此住宿，價格便宜且距離車站步行約5~10分鐘(視行李重量增減)，且退房後可寄放行李。另外，住宿點距離城堡較遠，可搭乘公車往返，但公車資訊無法用google map取得，可向接待人員諮詢進一步資訊。」

「Very good location, all staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and nice . I left a handbag on the chair in the bar, they help me to keep the bag and try to return to me. Th e car park is not in the hotel , you have to park the car in their parking lot, and call them come to take yr luggage and you walk 2 mins to the hotel.」
