「The staff were not very nice but I enjoyed the room and the people that we met at the resort. It was very clean and had a good vibe. It's relaxing and still close to the downtown area. I went during carnival season so maybe the staff were overworked but I saw a staff member continue to stare at her phone when a guest was asking a question. 「I thought the overall hotel was nice it appeared clean to the eye, but I started receiving some sort of insect bites on my shoulders, face and legs the second day I was there. I didn’t have this issue when I arrived Monday and still some itching today after arriving home Friday. The breakfast was normal but birds were flying along trying to eat.
