「This hotel is absolutely a hidden oasis! We enjoyed every moment of the stay in this hotel. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The unit we stayed was spacious and clean. The location was excellent, right in the center of the French Quarter! Amazingly inside the unit it was very quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The living area was spacious. There were always bottles of water and cans of soda drinks available for the guests. The pool was well maintained. Valet parking was very quick...

「Absolutely LOVE The Grenoble House!! Just be ready for stairs (up to and inside) if you book the townhomes. It was completely fine once we had everything up there from the car—haha! Dog friendly. Wonderful staff. The townhome was lovely, huge, comfy and just perfect. The courtyard was lovely, and the location is ideal—so close, but so quiet. We are planning to book again next year. 」

「There was not menu. It was a buffet. Yogurt, fruit, grits and bacon were good. Eggs were over scrambled for me. Did not like pancakes or French toast. Not fluffy or fresh. Husband said potatoes were good. I prefer to order. 」

「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.」
